We supply and print Touch Football shirts and jerseys, Oztag shirts and jerseys, Touch Football Singlets, Oztag Singlets,
Touch Football uniforms, Oztag uniforms, Soccer shirts and shorts. Numbered and custom printed with your sponsor/team name.

CONDITIONS OF SALE:
Using this website to place an order or by paying for your order you are deemed to
have read, understood and agreed to the following terms and conditions.

Production Time

•        Standard production time is 10 business days after payment.

•        No rush service available.

•        Jerseys printed with numbers only are usually completed faster.

Pick ups

•        Pick up is no longer offered as our factory is closed to the public.

•        All orders are delivered directly to customers.

•        If you cannot receive parcels at home, Australia Post offers free Parcel Lockers.

•        If pick up is essential, contact us to arrange staff availability. A $12 handling fee
         still applies.

Business Delivery Addresses

•        Commercial addresses must include a business name to ensure correct delivery.

Delivery

•        Australia Post will email your tracking details.

•        Signature required on delivery. If no one is home, parcels go to the nearest
         Post Office.

•        Uncollected parcels are held for 14 days, then returned to sender. Australia Post
         will charge you full re-delivery cost.

•        Please monitor your tracking and check junk/spam folders.

Payment

•        Payment is required before production begins.

•        Notify us once payment is made so we can allocate it quickly.

•        Accepted payments: Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Internet Bank Deposit.

Save $10

•        Order 15+ shirts/singlets (same brand/catalogue, same printing, one order) and
         receive $10 off.

Ordering

•        Orders must be submitted via our order form (not by phone or email).

•        After ordering, you’ll receive a copy plus a link to the payment page.

•        Production begins once payment is received.

Adding Extra Shirts

•        After payment, garments are ordered from the wholesaler, this cannot be changed.

•        Extra items require you to submit a new order, produced and shipped
         separately (approx 10 business days).

Order Changes

•        Carefully check your order before submitting, orders cannot be changed.

•        If you need corrections, do not pay—submit a new order and request cancellation
         of the previous order in the comments box.

•        Once payment is made, the order cannot be cancelled.

Address Errors

•        Incorrect addresses (e.g., wrong postcode) may delay delivery by 2+ days.

Minimum Order

•        No minimum quantity. Prices vary by quantity (see product pages).

Repeat Orders

•        When re ordering, ensure all details match your previous order.

•        We do not search past orders and are not responsible for customer errors.

Mock ups & Artwork

•        Your payment includes shirts, artwork mock up, printing, and shipping.

•        You will receive a mock up for approval before printing.

•        Free revisions are available if needed.

•        You may supply your own vector artwork, or jpg/png files, min 300dpi.

Privacy

•        Card payments are processed securely by our merchant provider.

•        We do not receive or store credit card details.

Shirt Sizing

•        Each product page includes a size chart and link to our sizing guide.

•        Customers must check measurements before ordering.

•        We are not responsible for incorrect size choices.

Stock Shortages

•        All stock garments are sourced from local warehouses.

•        Occasionally items may be on back order; production times are averages only.

•        If stock cannot be obtained promptly, you may choose a different colour or
         receive a full refund.

Exchanges

•        Printed or unprinted garments cannot be exchanged or returned for change of mind
         or incorrect sizing selection.

•        Please read descriptions and sizing information carefully before ordering.

Combined Shipping

•        Two orders placed immediately one after another may be combined if they fit in one
         box without increasing our postage costs, otherwise individual shipping applies.

•        Orders placed on different days cannot be combined.

Cancellations

•        Once payment is made, orders are in production and cannot be cancelled.

•        If pricing or information errors are inadvertently presented on this website or by email,
         we will notify you and you may change or cancel your order at no cost.

•        All prices include GST. A tax invoice is supplied with your delivery.
